Michaels, formerly the executive creative director at The Abundancy, will work with Chief Creative Officer Britt Nolan to oversee creative innovation across Leo Burnett’s and Arc’s portfolio of brands, helping to further develop department-wide expertise in data-driven creativity and experience design.
