Allstate’s Black History Month Campaign Tells the Stories #WorthTelling

Series puts the spotlight on African American-owned businesses and entrepreneurs across America

In honor of Black History Month, Leo Burnett Chicago and Allstate Insurance Co. have partnered again on the “#WorthTelling” campaign, an annual celebration of the African American community told this year through a series of short films.

From a comic-book store owner and a barbershop pioneer to a venture capital entrepreneur, the digital and social “#WorthTelling” campaign captures the inspiring stories of African American business owners across the country working to give back to their communities.

Watch the video above to learn about Isaac White Sr., a 97-year-old barber who opened his own barber college in Mobile, Alabama, in 1960, offering courses tuition-free to those in the program.
